Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data associated with your account in the opslumFLOW mobile app and the Opslum operations platform, provided by Opslum, Inc. ("Opslum").
opslumFLOW is a workforce app provided to employees and staff of organizations that subscribe to Opslum (your "Organization"). Your Organization administers your account, so deletion requests are fulfilled in coordination with your Organization.
How to request deletion
- Complete the request form below using the email address associated with your opslumFLOW account, or
- Ask your Organization's administrator to remove your account, which deletes your access and associated profile data.
We verify each request against the account email before processing. We will confirm completion by email.
What data is deleted
On a verified request (or when your Organization removes your account), we delete or de-identify:
- Account and profile information (name, email, role, profile photo).
- Location history shared with your Organization's dispatch team.
- Chat messages, task updates, notes, and photos you submitted.
- Push notification (FCM) token and device/diagnostic identifiers.
What data may be kept, and for how long
- Active-account data is retained while your account is active so the Services can function.
- After a verified deletion request, personal data is deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
- Limited records we are required to keep for legal, security, audit, or financial (billing) obligations may be retained for up to the period required by applicable law, after which they are deleted or de-identified.
- Backups are purged on our standard rolling backup cycle (no more than 90 days).
