How do I install the Opslum Agent app?
Your organization administrator will send you a private install link or deploy the app to your device through your company's device management (MDM). Tap the link on your iPhone or iPad and choose Install. If your company uses managed devices, the app may already appear on your home screen automatically.
I'm a beta tester — how do I install from TestFlight?
Install the free TestFlight app from the App Store, then open the invitation link we sent you (or open TestFlight and accept the invite). Tap Install next to Opslum Agent. TestFlight is only used during early testing; the final release installs like any normal app.
What do I use to sign in?
Use the username and password created for you by your Opslum administrator. If you don't have credentials or forgot your password, contact your administrator or send us a message below and we'll help.
Why does the app ask for location access?
Opslum Agent uses location to show your position on your facility map, route you to assigned tasks, and let your operations team coordinate staff in real time. For the best experience, allow location access "Always." You can review how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.
Messages or tasks aren't loading. What should I do?
First, confirm you have a network connection, then fully close and reopen the app. If you've been signed in a long time, signing out and back in refreshes your session. Make sure you're on the latest version. If it persists, message us below with your name, company, and device model.
Which devices are supported?
Opslum Agent runs on iPhone and iPad (iOS 16 and later) and on Android phones and tablets. The app is designed for portrait orientation.
